Closed School Form for COVID-19

In order to support e-learning for students while they are home during this State of emergency, we have implemented the following promotion:

Customers that have a student (K-12 or College) in the home and do not have internet service, WCTEL will provide FREE installation, FREE first month of service, and a $25 bill credit.
WCTEL will offer a $50 bill credit for existing customers that have a student (K-12 or College) in the home and need to upgrade their broadband services.

This form is for parents and guardians of students (K-12 or college) whose school or university has shut down due to coronavirus (COVID-19). Please fill out one form per household.
